How quickly can you attend an emergency call-out?
We aim to attend emergency call-outs within 24 hours. Before that, call the office — we will often talk you through a fix on the phone the moment you ring.
Every automated gate has a manual release, usually operated with a key supplied at handover. Call us and we will guide you through releasing your specific motor so you can open the gate by hand.
The usual culprits are a blocked or misaligned photocell, a flat remote battery, a tripped supply or a failed control board. We diagnose over the phone first, then attend if parts or engineer time are needed.
Yes. We work on all industry-standard equipment including CAME, FAAC, BFT, NICE, Roger Technology, Beninca, regardless of who fitted it.
